Friday night was a big event for many little girls in our neighborhood. It was the Daddy Daughter Dance for our Elementary school. I was blessed to photograph one of my favorite little girls before the festivities. My friend and business partner asked if I could take a few pictures before the dance and I gladly excepted. Our Elementary school started this annual event after my own daughter had graduated on to Junior High. So needless to say I never had the opportunity to photograph her and my husband getting ready for the dance. So, instead of having a pity party for myself, I decided to adopt my friend's daughter for the evening. Here are a few of the photos that I grabbed before they were off to dance the night away! It's Communion time again! March is the beginning of a very big day for many 7 and 8 year olds. They've worked so hard to get to this point and are ready to put on their beautiful white dress or suit and feel amazing for a day.

I thought that I would share a few pictures of little "V". I have been photographing this family for years. It's always been important to them to photograph the momentous occasions in their life. All three of their daughters have come for Communion pictures and now it was little "V's" turn. She was so excited!! You look amazing little "V"!
